The people who experience God's greatest blessings are not those who have never struggled. They are the ones who made a decision to stay. Like Ruth, who clung to Naomi and refused every reasonable excuse to walk away, we are called to cling to Jesus with that same grip of commitment. Peter understood this when he said there was simply nowhere else to go, because Jesus alone has the words of eternal life. God does not promise a trouble-free life, but He does promise to be present in the trouble. Seeking Him first is not just a spiritual suggestion, it is a proven strategy. Stop letting temporary moments make permanent decisions for your faith. Choose to stay and say out loud, I am not leaving.
